Do you have weekly and monthly rates?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates in the RV park, and weekly/monthly rates in the Motel. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

What is included in a monthly rental?
Monthly Motel rooms include a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. All utilities (except cable/internet) are included. These are rented like apartments; you provide your own linens, towels, and cookware. A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee applies.
Monthly RV Park rentals include water, sewer, and 30amp electric service.

Do you have showers/restrooms?
Our RV Park restrooms include shower stalls. Many guests say we have some of the cleanest restrooms they've seen.

Do you have shade?
Absolutely! Mature shade trees cover most of the park, providing welcome relief during the hot summer months.

Do you have a laundry room?
Our laundry room features 4 washers and 5 dryers, an iron and ironing board are available upon request.

Do you take tents?
Sorry, we do not accommodate tents.

Can I have a package delivered to me here?
Yes, you can have packages delivered to the office. We also offer individual mailboxes for monthly guests.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are welcome for nightly RV guests! Enjoy our walking path and pet area (please note: no enclosed pet run). Sorry, no pets are allowed in the Motel.

How close are you to the River?
We're just over a mile from both the Yakima and Columbia Rivers, as well as the nearest boat launch.

Are you near any golf courses?
The Tri-Cities area is full of golf courses, and we're centrally located near all of them.

Are there any biking or walking paths close to you?
There are many scenic paths along both rivers.

Do you allow smoking in your rooms?
We do not allow smoking in our rooms, shared restrooms, laundry room, or our pool area.

Can I wash my RV or car?
We kindly ask that you do not wash your vehicle on site. There's a convenient coin-operated car wash within a mile.

Are you near any shopping?
Columbia Center Mall is about a mile away, and there are plenty of other great shopping spots nearby. Stop by the office for recommendations.

Where is the closest grocery store?
We have a convenience store in the office for those forgotten essentials, and several larger grocery stores nearby.

Is there anywhere to fish close by?
You'll find both the Yakima and Columbia Rivers nearby, plus a kids' fishing lake. Several tournaments are held in the area each year.
